Mandatory Vendor Meeting
Thursday April 5, 2018 at 6:00 PM at City Hall 491 Ave H
All permits must be purchased by Thursday April 12, 2018 at 4:30 PM to avoid late fee of $100.00
All Food Booth vendors will be required to submit copies of Temporary Food Establishment Permit and Food Handlers Certificate(s) for each employee handling food.
Please read through the Ordinance before filling out the forms and call City Hall @ (830) 742-3574 for any questions.
Fill out the Application in its entirety and bring to City Hall at 491 Ave. H accompanied with the attachments. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
